Best Gospel Lyrics

1. There’s a land of peace and plenty, and it’s gates are open wide; and the pure in heart and holy in it’s shelter may abide,
It’s not thro’ gates of Glory that a soul must enter in.
But all who would find entrance there must leave the way of sin.

Come over, come over to the land of corn and wine,
there is nothing can compare with the many holy pleasure there,
Come over come over, leave the desert plain be low and come a way,
Away come over, o come away to Canaan blessing go.

2. There is bread of heaven growing, in it’s fair and fertile fields
And the wine of love it’s vineyard to the thirsting mortal yields
There are mountain height of Glory that awaits the travels rod
And blest retreat where empty souls draw nearer unto God,

3. Who would stay without it’s borders, in the desert and drear
When the lusciousgrapes of eschol, are so very very, neat?
Enter in then rejoicing, for the lord is on your side
And his glorious presence, ever more you shall abide.
